Serving Farmington Hills, MI

If you have had your eye on the Porsche Panamera, now could be the perfect time to make the upgrade that you have been planning. The Panamera is a midsize sedan that debuted its second generation in 2017. In recent years, Porsche has made several exciting improvements to the Panamera. Before you settle your gaze on a specific Porsche sedan, it is important to explore the updates that have been made between the 2021 and 2022 Porsche Panamera.

Performance

The Panamera’s capabilities are unchanged between the 2021 and 2022 model years. The entry-level powertrain for both model years is a 325-horsepower V6 engine paired with rear-wheel drive and an eight-speed auto-manual transmission. Another gas engine available in higher trim levels is a 443-horsepower V6 engine with all-wheel drive and eight-speed transmission. The top gas-powered engine is a 620-horsepower V8 system with all-wheel drive. A V6 hybrid engine is available in select trim levels. It is mated to the same transmission with all-wheel drive, producing 455 net horsepower. A V8 hybrid powertrain is also available, and it gives off 690 net horsepower.

Appearance

The most notable difference between the 2021 Porsche Panamera and the 2022 version is introducing the Platinum Edition style package. It is only available with select trim levels, and it gives you individualized 21-inch wheels and unique accents throughout the interior and exterior. For both model years, the Panamera has the sleek design language that the Porsche brand is known for. This includes a swooped, tapered hood with large, teardrop-shaped headlights. The clamshell hood is combined with a powerful front fascia and horizontal definition running through the sides.

Features

Other than the features and elements introduced with the Platinum Edition style package, the 2021 Panamera is similar to the 2022 Panamera on a trim-by-trim basis. Some of the features that you could enjoy in your Panamera include a four-zone auto climate control system, a surround-view camera, adaptive cruise control, night vision, massaging seats, a premium audio system, a heads-up display, heated front and rear seats, and an array of other elite features.
